Rachael has been working in Children’s residential care for over 3 years, which initially started as placement for her degree in Children and Young People. Prior to her degree Rachael worked in Adult social care for many years. Rachael has supported Children and Adults with a range of needs including emotional and behavioural difficulties, and more recently learning disabilities and Autism.

Rachael has also volunteered for Home-start and has 4 children of her own. Rachael is passionate about providing child centred care to the Children at Covy House.
